Michael Bailey - Head of Equity Capital Markets

Mr. Michael Bailey co-founded Dunn Capital Partners in 2005 in Ottawa and serves as
Managing Director for the firm.
Mr. Bailey developed and teaches his trading methodology and discipline to DCP’s traders. His
managed trading group is focused on global base metals, commodities and equity trading within the framework of high
reward, low risk strategies. Dunn Capital Partners has its origins in a start-up founded by Mr Bailey in 2005,
through which he has actively invested his own capital in a range of M&A and private equity
investments.
